A retired Navy and Army veteran and active sworn law-enforcement officer, with 20+ years spanning national security, CBRN-E, unmanned and counter-unmanned systems, and technology leadership. Roughly 2,000 students trained in unmanned systems and national security technology across military, public-safety, and commercial programs.
